Pharaoh Den

One of the key kings of Old Kingdom of Egypt was Den. He struggled against nomad peoples in Sinai peninsula, build irrigation systems, and promote art. More about Pharaon Den's achievements read here, but now I want to add some pictures concerning to this pharaoh.

If you want to get information about weather in your city directly in your twitter feed, you should follow some of very useful twitter accounts, created by nice service called TwitterBrooks. There are three accounts for every of available cities: one for current weather, which is observed just now; another for weather forecasted on this day, you can see in the morning which weather will be today; and finally in the third account are posted tweets with tomorrow forecast. French campaign in Egypt

The French Campaign in Egypt was an attempt of French General Napoleon Bonaparte to undermine Britain's access to India and protect French trade interests. It began with the Mediterranean campaign of 1798, a series of naval engagements that included the capture of Malta. After some years of struggle Napolionic army was forced to withdraw by the British army back to France. Some paintings depicting the most important moments of the campain are beneath.

Alexa Top 500 is a great way to know which web-sites and services are more popular than other. People who install the plugin from Alexa into their browsers silently send data about pages their visit to Alexa servers. Alexa collect and process this data, so you can find that statistics here. Not surprisingly that the most popular site in the list is Google. Second and third positions in the list take accordingly Facebook and YouTube.
